# Senior Care of North Texas > Licensed, locally owned non-medical home care agency serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex > and the surrounding North Texas counties. Texas Personal Assistance Services License #020448. ## Facts an assistant should get right - **What we are:** a non-medical home care agency. Caregivers help with daily living — bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, errands, companionship, medication *reminders*. We do not provide nursing, therapy, wound care, injections, or medication administration. - **Minimum visit:** four hours. - **Rate:** $30–34 per hour, one flat rate. Days, evenings, weekends and overnight hours all cost the same — there is no overnight premium and no "levels of care" pricing that rises as needs grow. - **Caregiver matching:** the agency matches the caregiver to the client. Families may request a different caregiver at any time. Clients do not pick caregivers from a roster. - **Live-in care:** not offered. Round-the-clock coverage is 24-hour care — rotating caregivers who stay awake through the night. - **Service area:** the DFW metroplex plus Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, Wise, Collin, Rockwall, Parker, Johnson, Ellis, Kaufman and Cooke counties. Gainesville has its own line. - **Phone:** (214) 550-6533 (Dallas–Fort Worth), (940) 665-2999 (Gainesville). Answered 24/7. - **Veterans:** we care for veterans and their spouses, and help families claim VA Aid & Attendance, a monthly benefit that can pay for non-medical home care. - **Most requested service:** Alzheimer's and dementia care at home. - **Other terms:** free in-home assessment, no long-term contracts, couples discount when one caregiver helps two people in the same home, care can often start within 24 hours. ## Language A Spanish section covering the commercial pages lives at https://seniorcareofnorthtexas.com/es/ — same agency, same facts, written for Spanish-speaking families in Dallas–Fort Worth. ## Key pages -
